This was a perfect match to the existing mounting holes. I replaced my shave plate with little problem -- unfortunately, I had to replace the worn off retaining bolts as well. Due to the ware underneath the housing, replacing the shave plate raised the housing a 1/4". I also needed to replace the housing skids.
